Łukasz Skrok

Łukasz Skrok is an economist, graduate and doctoral student at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the years 2007-2011 and 2014 he was an analyst in the Institute for Structural Research, specializing in analyses of impact of structural funds, labour and education economics. In 2012-2013 he worked in the Department of System Analysis in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, where he was responsible for quantitative, qualitative and strategic analyses. In 2014-2015 he was responsible for financial management and coordination of business development of start-up projects in BTM Innovations, a company operating the Masovian BioTechMed Cluster and supporting the technology transfer process. Since September 2015 he has been working on commercialisation projects (in life sciences, IT and physics), economic research (including analysis of the various aspects of innovation) and the design of public policies (with special emphasis on innovation policy). In addition to CETE, Łukasz has been cooperating with the Department of Economics II at Warsaw School of Economics and Sobieski Institute.
